2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Logistics shipping fees for all bag orders are calculated based on actual package weight, outer packaging size and delivery destination. The final shipping cost will be automatically calculated and clearly displayed on the checkout page before order payment, with no hidden charges or additional fees.

We provide exclusive standard shipping service for all orders, with a unified estimated delivery time of 15 business days after warehouse dispatch. All delivery durations are for reference only. Actual parcel arrival time may be affected by logistics carrier efficiency, customs clearance audits, extreme weather, regional logistics restrictions and holiday logistics suspensions.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

After your bag order completes all pre-delivery inspection procedures and is officially dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automatic shipment confirmation email from our official mailbox, which contains your unique tracking number and corresponding logistics carrier information.

Logistics tracking data will be synchronized and available for online inquiry within 24 to 48 hours after the carrier picks up the package. System data delay is a normal logistics situation. If the tracking status cannot be updated for a long time, you can contact our customer service for manual inquiry and follow-up processing.

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers must ensure that the shipping address, postal code and reserved contact phone number filled in during checkout are accurate, complete and effective. Correct delivery information is the core premise of smooth parcel delivery.

CHRISTOPHER J MONTEMERLO will not bear any liability for misdelivery, delivery failure or package loss caused by wrong, missing or invalid delivery information provided by customers. If the package is returned to the warehouse due to address errors, customers need to independently bear all reshipping expenses, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is confirmed missing during long-distance transportation, please submit a parcel loss verification application to our customer support team within 5 calendar days after the expected delivery date. We will cooperate with the official logistics team to launch a comprehensive investigation and give a formal processing result as soon as possible.

Due to the particularity of bag and luggage products, extrusion deformation, surface scratches, accessory loss or packaging damage may occur during transportation. If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact our after-sales team within 48 hours after receiving the package. You need to provide complete clear photos of the outer packaging and damaged product details as verification evidence. We will confirm the problem liability and formulate a reasonable solution efficiently.

6. Bag Care and Usage Notice

All bags and luggage products sold in our store are made of leather, canvas, nylon and other different materials, and are equipped with targeted professional care guidelines. Customers should strictly follow the official product instructions for daily use, placement, cleaning and maintenance.

Any product damage, fading, deformation, aging and structural failure caused by irregular cleaning, improper storage, private disassembly and modification, or daily misuse are human-induced damages. Our store does not undertake after-sales compensation, maintenance and replacement responsibilities for such damages.

7. International Shipping and Customs Notice

For all cross-border international shipping orders, the local customs bureau of the destination country will levy import duties, customs clearance service fees and other related taxes according to local foreign trade policies and commodity management specifications.

All customs-related expenses incurred in international logistics are fully borne by the customer. The product price and shipping fee charged by our store do not include any import taxes and customs fees.
